Due to overwhelming amount of cancellations and no shows, I have a new policy in place!
24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without fee.
Less than 24 hour notice....50% of appointment total due
3 hours or less/No call No show…..100% of appointment total due
I understand last minute things happen especially, in this day and time! I am requiring EVERYONE to pay at booking. If you must cancel less than 24 hours, you may reschedule for next available appointment with 50% fee.
If you are 15 minutes or more late, there will be up to $50 charge added towards your bill AND your appt may be rescheduled!
I am also holding myself accountable if I may need to cancel or reschedule appointments at the last minute. With having small children in school, I cant guarantee that I wont have to reschedule at any time. However, it this must occur, your payment will be credited on your account for next appointment.
